2023 Holiday Message
To Our Valued Customers, Friends, and Colleagues,
As we settle into the final days of the year, I’d like to offer a personal message of gratitude for the work we’ve done together in 2023 and express excitement for what’s to come in 2024.

Our Year in Review
2023 was monumental for us. It was the year we became a 50-year-old business. We’re honored to make that claim, and we thank you for being part of our legacy. Longevity is about vision and a willingness to continually evolve for the next generation—year over year over year. We’ve never lost sight of the unique benefits we provide for artists and are hyper-focused on developing products and services to support your work in various ways, allowing you the freedom to frame from anywhere, at any quantity, and on your schedule.

2023 Highlights
Over the past twelve months, we’re most proud of how we’ve reignited our production velocity, precision manufacturing process, and cutting-edge production practices. Most orders ship within three business days—we know that speed plus accuracy is critical. Our quality is over 99% (which is amazing—our team is driven by this), and we’ve demonstrated a high level of price stability achieved via strong vendor relationships—a key commitment to you.

And among our new product launches you’ve seen throughout the year, one of our biggest accomplishments was the restart of our Artist Alliance Program in digital form—our way of offering artist discounts while helping contribute back to the arts organization of your choice. It is as unique of a program today as it was when we handled it by letter and by hand since our founding. If you’re a working artist, check it out and enjoy the benefits.

Looking Forward to 2024
Here’s a hint: If I could summarize what we’re about in 2024, the key phrase would be “quiet luxury,” defined by a subdued elegance emanating from quality—a sophistication that exudes a subtle dynamism. We want your art to have that perfect finishing touch to keep the focus on your work in an elevated fashion. More and more, there’s a focus on texture and the layering of texture, like linen surfaces, cotton rag mat boards, and subtle shape variations in frame design, radiating a feeling that creates a look. Our vibe is to keep framing simple, beautiful, and appropriately striking without being boring, and creating chic, gallery-worthy framing treatments that elevate art using limited palettes, interesting proportions, and natural, responsibly created framing materials that endure from the best in the business.
So stay with us. I invite each of you to join us in the next evolution of our company and in our journey in service to you and the arts—full of inspiration, advice, and best-in-class service.
We are here for you!
Happy New Year,
Laura Jajko
Generation II
