About the Role
We are seeking an on-site Customer Experience Representative to help customers navigate the custom framing process from design through order completion on AmericanFrame.com. This role supports customers with product selection, order guidance, and problem-solving while delivering a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and attentive service.
This position combines customer support, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping customers present their work with confidence and quality.
