American Frame Employees Enjoy the Following Benefits:

  • Hourly Compensation:
    $15 to 17 per hourly wage depending on position and experience, for full-time and part-time workers. Our student hourly wage is $12 to $14 depending on experience. Paid student Internships and Co-Ops are welcomed! We will be flexible with your school schedule.
    Salary Compensation:
    Competitive wage based on position and experience.
  • Offered Benefits:
    Benefits available after a 90-day waiting period for full-time employees to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holiday time, employee discount, and a Retirement Savings Plan for eligible employees. We also offer free parking, reliable scheduling, on-the-job training, a referral bonus, and an alternative shift premium.
  • Production Hours:
    Reliable schedule, M-F with two full-time shifts available between the hours of 6:30am to 7:30pm with premium pay for certain shifts. Both full-time and part-time hours available.
  • Office Hours:
    Reliable schedule 8:30am-5:30pm plus flex time. Both full-time and part-time hours available.

    American Frame's production facility is located at 400 Tomahawk Drive, Maumee, OH 43537. Our corporate offices are located at 1684 Woodlands Drive Suite 400, Maumee, OH 43537.


Available Positions: Manufacturing & Production Team

Machine & Saw Operators

PrecisionCut™ custom wood and picture frames are what we are known for. Join our cutting team if you enjoy working on saws and other modern manufacturing equipment.

Must have a love of craft and be interested in efficient production. Keen color vision a must.

Custom and General Framing Specialists

We continue to build a team of committed workers to assist with the manufacture of custom DIY custom picture frame kits for shipment to our customers nationwide. Duties may range from the assembly of wood frames, metal picture frame inspection, and cutting other framing materials specified per order.

On a daily basis, businesses as well as individual artists and photographers rely on our specialists to custom frame their artwork, beautifully and efficiently.

Requires a love of art and attention to detail.

Shipping, Receiving and General Packaging Specialists

Our packaging is part of our product and is as important as the product itself. Working in shipping and receiving requires a sharp mind with a focus on accuracy for orders going out as well as for materials coming in.

Art Intake Receiver and Art Handler

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals that can work independently, as well as with a team, and has respect and knowledge of different art mediums. These individuals would present their self with a professional manner, have a positive attitude, excellent measuring skills, and a keen eye to identify pleasing proportions, spatial boundaries, and an appreciate for color.

The Art Intake Receiving and Handling Team is responsible for documenting and handling artwork through the intake process as it is prepared for production. This team actively protects the artwork to prevent issues.


Available Positions: Customer Service and Office

Customer Engagement Team

This position is for a skilled customer service professional to be a part of our dynamic team. We seek enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional customer experiences and engage customers through effective communication. Primary responsibilities include processing orders, resolving service/product issues, consulting/answering questions, providing recommendations and addressing other inquiries via phone and online chat.

Education and Experience:

  • Some college preferred.
  • Previous art, framing, fine art printing, outbound sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have strong written and basic arithmetic skills and be proficient with basic office programs.

Showroom Attendant

The showroom is our showplace – a serene, modern frame shop and gallery where we help customers choose materials for their work, host openings and artist events. Showroom attendants share the same passion for artwork as the artists who make it. If this is you, come join our team.

Education and Experience:

  • Some college preferred.
  • Previous art, framing, fine art printing, design outbound sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

Process & Training Assistant

The Business Process & Training Support position will assist the Director of Business Process & Training in the evaluation and implementation of business processes to drive efficiencies, lower costs, and improve employee satisfaction and the customer experience. This role will support the implementation and facilitation of training to help scale improvements and create processes to support new business areas.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, the Arts, or a related field of study or equivalent number of years of experience (5+) in a related role.
  • 3+ years industry experience and/or experience in process improvements, project management, or training. 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
