The Employee’s Choice Award recipient was chosen by a vote of American Frame’s 64 employees from a list of four arts-based community organizations. TSA won with 39% of the vote. TSA Graduate and American Frame team member Lindsie Pfeiffer will officially present the award.
“We’re excited to launch this new arts funding initiative,” American Frame President Laura Jajko said. “We thought it was important to let our employees have a say in the community projects to which we donate. And we’re thrilled that they chose such an amazing recipient for the first award. A quality education in the arts for our local youth is so important and we’re happy to be a part of that.”
“It’s humbling when people in arts businesses help support the school,” TSA Director of Development Dave Gierke said. “American Frame is helping to sustain and preserve our culture.”
American Frame has a strong tradition of supporting the arts nationally through their Alliance Program and locally through sponsorship of the BGSU Mazur Scholarship, the Toledo Museum of Art ‘Art Minute’ and the Toledo Arts Commission.
