Out of sight, yes, but not out of mind. We think the dust cover –  a sheet of paper covering the back of a custom wood picture frame – is an important finishing touch to a complete and thorough frame package. It prevents bugs, dust, and other debris from getting where they shouldn’t be, which is anywhere near your artwork.

We’re American Frame. Of course, we have frames. But there’s more to us than wood, metal, and acrylic.

There’s canvas.

We can reproduce your artwork or photos on canvas that’s even, taut, smooth, and ripple-free. How can we be so sure? Because we stretch the canvas by hand (unlike other canvas sources, who use a machine to mass produce).

Introducing the newest choices in the American Frame metal frame gallery:  Profile 93 from Nielsen. These aluminum frames feature clean edges and a slender face, for a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, a look that’s a bit more difficult to achieve with wood. Profile 93 is particularly appealing for the presentation of photography and modern art. These frames can also be used inside wood moulding to provide enhanced structural support, and as a "pinstripe" for larger images.
