Solid walnut frame has a clear finish which allows the natural beauty, color and grain of the wood to stand out. With its over 1 1/2” rabbet, this frame is ideal for stretched canvas. We will automatically add a 1/4” gap between the canvas and frame so the artwork will appear to “float” within the frame. Not compatible with works on paper.

Canvas float frames are crafted to securely support and showcase your artwork while maintaining a clean, professional presentation. Each frame features precisely placed pre-drilled holes, located 1/8" from the inner edge, to ensure structural stability, straightforward installation, and long-term durability. This measurement is standard across all frames. If you prefer a frame without pre-drilled holes, please specify when ordering.
