Do You Stretch Large Canvas?

Q: I have a large canvas that I need stretched. Do you offer this service?

A: We only stretch canvases as part of our canvas printing services. In that case, we can provide standard stretching for canvases up to 38˝ x 48˝ and gallery and museum stretching for canvases up to 36˝ x 45˝. If you already have a canvas that needs stretching, try your local frame shop or university art department.

WOW! That would be one large canvas. I'm sure it would be more cost effective to make your own stretchers.

I stretched my first canvas several months ago, but used the premade stretchers. Next I want to make my own stretchers for a really big painting my wife is going to do. Maybe a 5' X 5' ..
