Question about Creating an Online Art Gallery: Pending Artwork

Attention artists who upload art to our art gallery! You may be wondering how long it takes for uploaded images to be approved. Continue reading to find out more.

Q: How long does new artwork generally stay in the pending phase? I'm new to American Frame and just created my online art gallery.

A:  Artwork is generally approved within 24 hours unless you upload images on the weekend.  These images would be checked and approved most likely by the end of the business day Monday.

Al,

When you log into your account, you will find a menu on the left hand side. Hover over "my gallery" and click on "gallery." From there, click on "new" at the top of the page, where you will be prompted to upload photos.

Valerie,

If you want to edit the actual image, you will have to reupload it.

Mary,

One of our customer service representatives checks the images for craftmanship and for appropriateness. Hope that answers your question! If you'd like more information let us know.
