Orders are shipped using Ground, Next Day, Second Day or Three Day service via UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Orders containing picture frames, mat boards and framing supplies typically leave our facility within 2 business days. Orders with fine art printing and framing as well as Art Gallery orders require additional processing time and may require up to 5 or 7 business days to leave our facility.

FREE Ground shipping applies to shipping within the 48 contiguous states on all orders over $50.00. On orders under $50.00, a ground shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to your total.

Items over 54 united inches (length plus width) incur an over size item fee.

     - Add $15.00 per assembled frame or flat item (plexi-glass, mat board and foam board) over 54 UI and up to 65 UI.
     - Add $25.00 per assembled frame or flat item (plexi-glass, mat board and foam board) over 65 UI and up to 90 UI.

An item is oversize when the sum of its Width and Height exceed 54 united inches. This fee DOES NOT apply to oversize unassembled frames.

Expedited Shipping:
In addition to Ground shipping we also offer Next Day, Second Day and Three Day expedited service.  Expedited shipping is based on dimensional and actual product weight and is calculated during the order process. Wood frames shipped via expedited service are shipped unassembled.

This map shows UPS Ground Service transit time. We require 2-3 business days to process orders. An order shipped to North Carolina would be delivered within 5 business days (2-3 days processing + 2 days shipping). 
       
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. You will be contacted prior to your order being processed with the shipping rate. Expedited shipping is also available.
           
APO and FPO addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will be contacted prior to your order being processed with the shipping rate.
           
Canadian Orders:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. You will be contacted prior to your order being processed with the shipping rate. 
           
International Orders:
