The Graduate Kit

Just in time for the graduation season.
Our Graduate Kit takes the guesswork out of giving the perfect
gift. All you need is your graduate's graduation announcement,
picture and the school colors, and you're ready for this
project.
This kit comes complete with your color choice of a Standard
or Radius metal frame, your color choice of top and bottom
mat boards (custom cut with four windows), plexi glass,
and mounting board. The windows are designed to display
a photograph of the graduate, announcements to the graduation
ceremony (front and inside message), and name card. Each
kit sells for $30.00.
If you prefer a frame other than Standard or Radius, you
can purchase this kit for $24.00, then shop for a frame
of your choice (pre-determined frame size depending on horizontal
or vertical kit).
The Graduate Kit has two versions to accommodate vertical
and horizontal announcements. For both versions the bottom
mat has two 5-5/8" x 4-1/8" windows for announcements,
with one 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" oval window for the graduate's
photo. The top mat has the same windows with a 1/8"
offset and an additional 3-1/2" x 2-1/8" window
for the name card.

Let's Get Started! |

STEP 1
Select the Horizontal or Vertical
Announcement Kit.
|
Determine
which kit is best suited for your materials.
For horizontal announcements order the Horizontal kit, item #GH2009.

For vertical announcements order the vertical kit, item #GV1710.

STEP 2
Assemble the announcement and photograph.
|
| Begin assembly. Cut the
announcement in two pieces (along the fold). Center and hinge each piece in the
two rectangular windows of your bottom mat using Filmoplast or comparable tape.
Next, center and hinge the photograph in the oval window.

Attach your top mat to the bottom mat, using adhesive transfer
tape, and place the mounting board underneath.

STEP 3
Attach the name card.

| In the remaining
window, float the graduate's name card by centering it and attaching
it to the bottom mat with adhesive transfer tape. |

STEP 4
Assemble the frame.
|
| Slide in all the materials
to be framed into the frame channel, and attach the last piece of the frame. |

Finishing Touches!
|
| Install spring
clips and hanging hardware. |
