Clean, Shine & Protect Your Acrylic
Using acrylic (a.k.a. plexi-glass) to protect your art has so many benefits. Acrylic is lightweight, shatterproof, acid free and best of all it won’t distort your work. To keep your acrylic clean and clear, always use a soft damp cloth or plexi-glass cleaner. Glass cleaners and paper towels will dull and scratch the surface over time, which is certainly not desirable.
Our cleaner of choice is the Novus 1 Acrylic Glazing Cleaner & Polish. We find it helpful during the framing process as well as for maintenance of the finished framed piece. Novus 1 helps remove static, prevents fingerprints, repels dust and improves shine.
