Is custom framing easy?
With us it is. We first determine what it is you would like to do. Purchase a frame and mat board? Or maybe upload your favorite vacation photo for printing on a canvas. Our website guides you through the process step by step. When printing and framing with us, there is no need to measure. We did it for you. How’s that for easy?

What will I receive when I order a print and a frame package?
A custom framed picture ready to hang right out of the box. When you upload your image for printing and you purchase a frame package for it at the same time, we will custom frame your printed piece FREE.

How will my metal and wood frames arrive?
Metal frames are shipped unassembled with FREE assembly hardware and instructions to put it together. Wood frames, up to 54 united inches (UI), are shipped assembled. Over 54 UI, they can be shipped assembled with an additional Oversize fee. Visit “Framing Basics” to view our animated tutorial on framing techniques.

Do you offer frame and mat board samples for color matching?
Yes… and they’re FREE. We’ll send you up to five (5) samples of any frame or mat board at no charge. After you receive your first set of free samples you can request an additional five samples every time you place an order. If you want more than five samples, for a nominal fee, we can send you as many as you like. Call (888) 628-3833, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30pm (Eastern) or email Customer.Service@AmericanFrame.com, and up to five (5) item numbers of the samples you want.

Can I ship to Canada/International/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Canadian and International orders are shipped via UPS. Orders shipping to our military customers with APO/FPO addresses are shipped through the US Postal Service. See Shipping Information for further detail.

Do you manufacture your own moulding?
We purchase length moulding, many of which are custom-made to our specifications, from some of the major moulding manufactures in the world including Larson-Juhl, Nielsen and Nurre Caxton. The bulk of our mouldings are made in the USA in places such as Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Length moulding is shipped to our facility in Maumee, Ohio where it awaits your custom size request.

How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
Orders containing framing materials usually ship within 2-3 business days. If you’ve ordered a framed print, please allow 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush, please call us at (888) 628-3833 , Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30pm (Eastern) and we will assist with expediting your order.
